Don’t forget to take the flow of traffic in any room into account. No one wants to be tripping over that sofa or coffee table you’ve just moved. Decluttering is basically redecorating on the cheap. Starting small is a good idea. Countertops are a great place to begin. Take everything off them except for a few essential items and you’ll notice the difference.
